Henna is derived from the leafs of a South-East Asian plant, which upon drying results in a redish-brown tattoo. Jagua on the other hand is made from the fruit from South-America, which will produce a blueish-black mark of the skin. Both are 100% vegan, natural, harmless and decorative.
